Get ready for Super Bowl Sunday. This American past-time game will have most of the country watching. And it’s probably a good cheat day when it comes to food and watching calories.

Chicken Wings

We’re expected to eat a record amount of chicken wings during Super Bowl weekend. At least 1.45 billion chicken wings on Super Bowl Sunday.

Burgers

About 14 billion burgers will be grilled on the big day! And most with cheese.

Chips

People eat more than 11.2 million pounds of potato chips on Super Bowl Sunday alone, followed closely by 8.2 million pounds of tortilla chips for all your guac and salsa needs and 4 million pounds of pretzels.

Guacamole

With the price of avocados, guacamole will be a luxury this Super Bowl. Folks will eat more than 8 million pounds of guac. That’s a LOT of avocados!

Veggie Platter

Keep the platter ready to balance out the rest of the food. And don’t forget about the ever-popular Ranch Dip, the most popular dressing on Super Bowl Sunday!
