Tis the Season for Reflection and Giving

It’s the end of the year and with all the hustle and bustle of the holidays, it’s hard to remember to give.  Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to your local food bank. If you’re fortunate enough to make a living wage, have a secured roof over your head, and good health, friends and family – then you’re one of the lucky ones.

The reality is that for a lot of people in your community are barely getting by and that means making tough decisions on what to spend their hard-earned money on.  Rent, gas, bills or food?

Spare Some Time or Funds

Right now, food banks are at a critical point of the year where they need a lot of volunteers to help with distribution and they need additional donated funds to continue to feed local community members.  Can you help out your local food bank this year?

Find your local food bank in California, give them call to donate a few hours of your time or money. Help your community and you’ll feel food doing it.
